SARAJEVO, January 24 (FENA) – Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Denis Zvizdić met today with Ambassador of Japan to BiH Hideyuki Sakamoto.
Zvizdić expressed his appreciation for Japan's engagement in BiH and emphasized the importance of numerous donations and projects implemented by Japan that have a positive impact on the lives of citizens.
Ambassador Sakamoto said that Japan will continue to assist BiH in the areas of education, culture, economy, health, demining, as well as in other areas in the coming period.
Speaker of the BiH PA House of Representatives Zvizdić and Ambassador Sakamoto agreed that Japan and BiH have good bilateral relations and that there is a desire to improve parliamentary cooperation between the two countries in the future, PR Office of the BiH PA stated.
