SARAJEVO, January 31 (FENA) – Government of the Federation of BiH, at a telephone session today, adopted an information regarding the outbreak of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
The World Health Organization on Thursday declared the outbreak of a novel coronavirus a global health emergency.
The FBiH Ministry of Health will prepare a document addressing the Council of Ministers of BiH and requesting the competent state ministries and bodies of BiH to be more intensively involved in coordinating activities and measures to prevent and control the new coronavirus in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Recommendations in the local and English languages have been forwarded to the BiH Border Police and the FBiH Administration for Inspection Affairs. The slightly updated instruction, along with recommendations, was sent to the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs to be forwarded to the BiH Border Police and the FBiH Administration for Inspection Affairs.
The FBiH Health Minister appointed Coordinating Body on Thursday to monitor the occurrence of a new coronavirus.
