SARAJEVO, February 14 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) at today’s session is scheduled to consider a request by the BiH Council of Ministers today for a Bill to amend the Law on the BiH Intelligence and Security Agency to be considered in an urgency procedure.
The BiH Council of Ministers previously adopted the Bill by a majority vote, which implements the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
The amendment to the Law on the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH, proposed by the Ministry of Security, prescribes the contents of a written request regarding the secret collection of data for which judicial authorization is required and introduces a restriction on the total duration of this measure.
The House should, inter alia, discuss the Bill amending the Law on Salaries and Remuneration in the Institutions of BiH, proposed by the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.
