SARAJEVO, February 25 - "BiH Strategy for Prevention and Combating Terrorism - Looking into the Future" is the topic of the roundtable which will be held tomorrow in Sarajevo, organized by the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIRN BiH).
This is the last year of implementation of the Strategy and Action Plan and the time when the final report on the implementation of activities for prevention and counter-terrorism in BiH is being prepared before a new strategy for the next period is prepared in the second half of the year.
Participants of the roundtable will discuss experiences and challenges in implementing the Strategy and their expectations from the new Strategy, with particular reference to challenges of the two most important parts of this document - prevention and counter-terrorism, BIRN stated.
The roundtable will be moderated by BIRN BiH Executive Director Denis Džidić after the introductory presentation of the results of BIRN's analysis on the implementation of the Action Plan for implementing the BiH Strategy for the Prevention and Fight against Terrorism 2015-2020.
BIRN BiH is organizing this event as part of the project "Contributing to Bosnian efforts to combat radicalization", which is supported through the Regional Partnership Fund of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
