Tegeltija meets with Salinas to discuss current economic and financial issues

SARAJEVO, March 10 (FENA) - The BiH Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija spoke with the Head of the World Bank Office in BiH, Emanuel Salinas in Sarajevo today.

The two officials discussed current economic and financial topics in the context of recently adopted socio-economic reforms agreed in BiH, as well as further activities in the light of future cooperation with this financial institution in the context of defining a new Strategic Framework for Cooperation with BiH for the period 2021 - 2025.

Tegeltija emphasized on this occasion that the Council of Ministers is committed, in accordance with its competencies, to give full support to the continuation of the implementation of previously agreed projects, the Council of Ministers of BiH stated.

Tegeltija stressed the importance of the involvement of international experts in the activities undertaken by all levels of government in order to stimulate economic growth and further improve the business environment.

The interlocutors assessed the cooperation between BiH and the World Bank so far as good and constructive, and expressed commitment to its further improvement in the coming period.
