BIHAĆ, April 16 (FENA) - The Crisis Staff of the Ministry of Health of the Una-Sana Canton (USC) announced today that eight more citizens are positive for coronavirus in that canton.
“These are the test results out of 79 tested samples, which we sent to the reference laboratory in Sarajevo yesterday. Eight citizens of our canton are positive, and these are three persons from Cazin, two from Bosanska Krupa and two from Velika Kladuša, and one person from Bihać,” said USC Minister of Health Nermina Ćemalović.
Twelve patients are hospitalized at the "Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić" Cantonal Hospital in Bihać.
“There are 11 positive patients and one suspected in the isolation ward of the Infectious Diseases Department of the hospital in Bihać. A sample was taken and we are awaiting the result of that test. One patient is still in intensive care, on a ventilator,” said Hajrudin Havić, Director of the Cantonal Hospital "Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić" in Bihać.
