SIPA files report to BiH Prosecution for fraud related to medical equipment

SARAJEVO, April 28 (FENA) - Police officers from the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA filed a report to the BiH Prosecutor's Office today on crimes committed and perpetrators against two individuals and two legal entities on suspicion of having committed a crime "money laundering" in connection with the criminal offenses of "business fraud" and "fraud. "

The filing of the report was preceded by an investigation by SIPA on suspicion of committing a criminal offense of money laundering in the amount of EUR 300,000 and damaging a legal entity from one of the EU countries in connection with the procurement and delivery of protective medical equipment.

Activities on documenting the reported criminal offenses were initiated and carried out on the basis of information gathered through international cooperation with competent authorities from abroad, and during the temporary seizure of cases and documentation of two natural and four legal entities from the area of the Tuzla and Zenica-Doboj Cantons, SIPA announced.
