SARAJEVO, May 3 (FENA) – President of the Federation of BiH Marinko Čavara sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the International Labor Day, May 1.
In his message, Čavara stated that on this day we remember the historic struggle for better workers' rights, especially in the time of coronavirus pandemic when we are faced with the fact when many people are losing their job and the large number of those who cannot exercise their right to work.
In the period ahead, it will be necessary to take a number of measures and stimulate economic growth, create the preconditions for job creation, as well as for the achievement of European standards in the field of labor.
“For this reason, I want and believe that by working together and with persistence, we can create an environment that will enable new employment, better wages and, ultimately, a society where each worker will live in dignity from his or her own work. I am convinced that we will succeed in that," said the President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
