SARAJEVO, May 15 (FENA) - During the debate on the agenda of today's session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the MPs demanded that an item concerning the election of members of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH be included in the agenda.

The Democratic Front (DF) MP Dženan Đonlagić requested that the Proposal of the Decision on the election and taking office and termination of office of the CEC members be included in the agenda, and this political party has nominated Željko Bakalar for the position of a CEC member from the Croat people.

However, Sanja Vulić, a member of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), took the floor after him, saying that she had asked all international institutions about the previous appointment of CEC members, saying that it was "an unconstitutional and illegal election" seeking the annulment of the decision.

Đonlagić warned that Vulić's broad explanation is a violation of the Rules of Procedure, because when the amendment to the agenda is proposed, the Rules of Procedure order that no elaboration be done, but only an item to be listed

MP Vulić should refrain from harsh words when saying that something is unconstitutional, warned an MP of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Zlatan Begić, calling on her to address the court if she has such information.

The Serb Democratic Party (SDS) MP Dragan Mektić says that deputies in the state parliament do not have basic knowledge about laws, the constitution and procedures, and called on the House Collegium to protect him from such pointless debates.

Our Party MP Damir Arnaut requested that the Motion for Resolution on Respecting the Victims of the Ustasha Regime be included on the agenda. This, he says, was not adopted at the session of the Collegium of the House, but he believes that the House should discuss it especially in the context of the announced mass of the Catholic Church in BiH for Blaiburg victims to be held in Sarajevo tomorrow.

"The resolution is proposed by infidels", vehemently assessed a deputy of the Croat Democratic Union (HDZ) Nikola Lovrinović and announced "that the mass will be held no matter what resolutions are passed", adding that this proposal "hurt and upset him."

Appointment of the Provisional Commission of Inquiry regarding the situation in the BiH judiciary was proposed by Branislav Borenović, a member of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP), saying that this would be the final attempt to end the agony over the implementation of the conclusion reached by the House.
