BANJA LUKA, June 1 (FENA) - President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Milorad Dodik claims that the Resolution on Respecting the Victims of the Fascist Regime and Movements, adopted by the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly on May 20, is based on complete revisionism.

The goal of that document, he says, is to belittle all the suffering that Serbs had in the Second World War.

“This resolution is an act of framing by Sarajevo, which used the moment to deceive serious political untruths and humiliate the Serb victims,” Dodik stated in his address to the deputies of the National Assembly.

He called on the entity parliamentarians to reject the Resolution on Respecting the Victims of the Fascist Regime and Movements as unacceptable for RS and Serbs.

President of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS), Mirko Šarović, said that the party was behind the resolution, which, as he says, is only one of several adopted in the last few years.

Nobody in the RS parliament talks about the very occasion of the Resolution, and that, he says, is the Mass for Bleiburg in Sarajevo.

“The ice of those who decided to convene this special session is thin,” said Šarović and added that the ruling majority in RS is trying to give the Resolution some other meaning, as well as to mitigate the fact that Milorad Dodik handed over the Jasenovac material, which, as he states, historical error.

President of the National Assembly of the RS, Nedeljko Čubrilović, said that the Resolution of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Respecting the Victims of the Fascist Regime and Movements, given its content and even more the consequences, which, as he claims, will receive, or has already received, a completely "unnecessary political document and should not have been adopted for several reasons".

He expressed hope that the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament would not even consider it, let alone adopt it.
