SREBRENICA, June 26 (FENA) - At the meeting of the Organizing Committee for the marking of the 25th anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks in the "UN Safe Zone" Srebrenica, which was held today at the Srebrenica-Potočari Memorial Center, the Commemoration Program was adopted.
The President of the Organizing Committee, Hamdija Fejzić, confirmed after the meeting that a decision had been made to bury the identified victims of genocide.
“As for the burial, we had a big dilemma. Today we made the decision to have a burial and that was included in the program. All those who want to bury their loved ones, we made it possible for them, by inviting relatives of the victims to attend, as far as burial and funeral are concerned, because we will have to have control over all those who will enter the burial grounds,” said Fejzić.
He emphasizes that the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks will be organized in compliance with all epidemiological measures in force.
