SARAJEVO, August 25 (FENA) - The Management Board of the FBiH Banking Agency has adopted a decision on temporary measures that banks need to adhere to mitigate the negative economic consequences caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The same decision was made for microcredit organizations and leasing companies, which operate under the supervision of the FBiH Banking Agency (FBA).
These decisions ensure the stability and continuity of the activities of the banking system in order to mitigate the economic consequences caused by the COVID-19, as well as to act towards the recovery of the economy.
The FBiH Banking Agency emphasizes that even in these extraordinary circumstances, and within its competencies, it will do everything towards protecting citizens, the economy and the stability of the financial system.
