Five Pakistanis and one Tunisian deported from BiH to their countries of origin

SARAJEVO, August 27 (FENA) - In cooperation with the Service for Foreigners Affairs of BiH and the International Organization for Migration, through the Assisted Voluntary Return Program, six people were deported from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina to their countries of origin - five Pakistani citizens and one Tunisian citizen.

The Service for Foreigners Affairs issued an expulsion measure to these persons for illegal stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a ban on entry and residence for a period of one year.

The Service for Foreigners' Affairs is carrying out intensified activities of control and movement of foreigners in the area of ​​Sarajevo, Bihać and Kalesija, and 16 persons have been located who have been found to be staying illegally on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the conducted procedure, the Service pronounced the measure of expulsion to illegal migrants and determined the measure of placing them under supervision in the Immigration Center.

These are five citizens of Turkey, seven citizens of Bangladesh, two citizens of Pakistan and two citizens of Afghanistan.

 In the following period, those persons will be deported from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Service for Foreigners' Affairs in the past seven days processed a total of 703 migrants. At the moment, 5,921 migrants are accommodated in temporary reception centers in BiH.
