SARAJEVO, August 27 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 1.317 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 238 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.
New cases have been registered in all cantons except Bosnia Podrinje Canton.
A total of 114.895 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 11.549 individuals.
Ten new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH. Eight men from Travnik, Banovići, Gradačac, Bugojno, Mostar, Bužim, Konjic and Tuzla, and two women from Konjic and Travnik died.
In the Institute of Public Health of the Republika Srpska, the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska and the Hospital Sv. Vračevi in Bijeljina 589 laboratory samples were tested in the last 24 hours, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 71 people in RS.
In the last 24 hours, one death was reported to the Republika Srpska Institute of Public Health. He is a middle-aged man from Lopare.
The total number of hospitalized in Republika Srpska is 256, in the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska 68, and in general hospitals 188, announced the RS Institute of Public Health.
