SARAJEVO, September 1 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted reports on the performance audit on legal protection in public procurement procedures, product safety and integration into the European Union market and monitoring the implementation of performance audit recommendations.

The Annual Consolidated Internal Audit Report for 2019 was also adopted, as well as the Consolidated Report on the Financial Management and Control System for 2019, which was prepared by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.

Since the Collegium of the House did not agree on any of the 16 items on the agenda that were discussed by the House at previous sessions and which were not supported due to the lack of the entity majority support, the delegates adopted the reports of the Collegium rejecting these documents.

Some of the documents are the Annual Report of the Central Bank of BiH for 2019, then several reports on the work of parliamentary bodies and state institutions, and audit reports, namely several thematic and 73 reports of the Audit Office of the BiH institutions on the financial audit of the BiH institutions for 2017 and 2018.

The House of Peoples also rejected the Special Report on the Right to Freedom of Peaceful Assembly, the Special Report on Experiences in the Application of the Law on Freedom of Access to Information in BiH and the Universal Periodic Review.

The session ended with the House rejecting 24 of the 28 items on the agenda.
