SARAJEVO, September 9 (FENA) - Three migrants as 'persons that pose potential security threat' have been forwarded to the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs of BiH, which will impose a measure of expulsion from Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the same context, 15 migrants are under the supervision of this service.
Spokesperson of the Ministry of the Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, Mirza Hadžiabdić, told this to the press after the operation that the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sarajevo Canton conducted today in cooperation with the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the migrant center in Blažuj near Sarajevo.
The action was carried out under the order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.
As Hadžiabdić stated, the premises in the migrant center were inspected and searched, as well as the migrants, with the aim of finding objects and persons who have been brought in connection with committing criminal acts.
The Police Directorate and the Service will continue to control migrants and their movements in the Sarajevo Canton.
