Good cooperation between Defense Ministries and Armed Forces of BiH and Croatia

SARAJEVO, September 11 (FENA) - Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sifet Podžić received today Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Bosnia and Herzegovina Ivan Sabolić, as well as the newly appointed Military Envoy to BiH Brigadier Davor Kiralj.

Assistant Minister of Defense for International Cooperation Zoran Šajinović also attended the meeting and expressed mutual satisfaction with the current bilateral cooperation between the Ministries of Defense and the Armed Forces of the two countries.

Podžić emphasized the importance of the possibility for members of the Armed Forces and cadets from BiH to study at the Croatian Military Academy (HVU) in Zagreb for many years, in various studies.

He especially thanked for the support that the Republic of Croatia gives to Bosnia and Herzegovina on the path to full membership in the European Union and NATO.

He wished the new Croatian military envoy to BiH a lot of success in his work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Sabolić and Kiralj also thanked the hosts for the successful cooperation and expressed confidence that their mutual activities will be further developed, the PR Office of the Ministry of Defense announced.
