SARAJEVO, September 14 (FENA) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović received in a farewell visit the Ambassador of the Republic of France to BiH Guillaume Rousson.
The interlocutors noted good and friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of France. Chairman Džaferović expressed gratitude for Ambassador Rousson's personal contribution to the improvement of relations between the two countries, both bilaterally and in the work and commitment within the Quint countries to unblock the processes within Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Chairman Džaferović thanked for everything that France has done and is doing for Bosnia and Herzegovina, from establishing peace to supporting Bosnia and Herzegovina's Euro-Atlantic integration. He also expressed great expectations from the soon opening of the office of the French Development Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The interlocutors expressed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation and overall relations, with special attention to strengthening economic ties.
With a high assessment of the overall relations between the two countries, Ambassador Rousson emphasized that he is leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina as its sincere friend, convinced of the country's progress and prosperity, the BiH Presidency said.
The Chairman of the Presidency, Šefik Džaferović, wished Ambassador Guillaume Rousson much success in continuing his diplomatic career.
