BiH CoM adopts a Revised Strategy for Working on War Crimes Cases

SARAJEVO, September 24 (FENA) - The BiH Council of Ministers adopted a Revised State Strategy for Work on War Crimes Cases at an extraordinary session in Sarajevo today.

The BiH Justice Minister Josip Grubeša said after the session that the Strategy had been agreed for two years and that certain war crimes cases would be transferred to lower courts.

The adoption of this strategy was among the main recommendations of the recently presented Report of Judge Joanna Korner, former senior prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
