SARAJEVO, September 29 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Staša Košarac met today with the Ambassador of Serbia to BiH Aleksandar Djordjević and agreed that relations between the two countries are good and friendly, but that there is room for enhancement of economic cooperation.
The officials also discussed the current economic situation in BiH and the region, with a focus on mitigating the negative effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the economic sector.
Košarac emphasized that Serbia is one of the most important economic partners for BiH, and expressed his commitment to improving military trade between the two countries.
The topic of the meeting was the upcoming official visit of Minister Košarac to Belgrade, and it was agreed that the Minister would pay a visit after the formation of a new convocation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH announced.
