BRUSSELS / SARAJEVO, September 30 (FENA) - European Commission Vice President and High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borrell received members of the BiH Presidency, Chairman Šefik Džaferović and the Presidency members Milorad Dodik and Željko Komšić in Brussels today.
The members of the Presidency, who are on an official visit to Brussels, were also received by the Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Oliver Varhelyi, who wrote on his Twitter profile that he had a "promising discussion" with them.
Varhely stressed that he welcomed their commitment to implementing the 14 priorities and their determination for BiH to move faster towards a candidate status.
President of the European Parliament, David Sassoli, also welcomed Džaferović, Dodik and Komšić.
Later today, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina resolutely rejected and denied the malicious presentation in some domestic media about the appearance of members of the Presidency of BiH during the official visit to Brussels, the institution said.
The statement reads that the Presidency of BiH had a united stance in the European institutions in Brussels, without quarrels or other misunderstandings, even during protocol activities, said the BiH Presidency.
