SARAJEVO, October 8 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopted several bills at today's session, without discussion.

The Bill on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanors, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH, was adopted in the second reading.

These are amendments proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH and intended to eliminate the problems of different application of the provisions on the affiliation of revenues from fines for misdemeanors and to harmonize the regulations applied by authorized bodies and courts when imposing misdemeanor sanctions.

The deputies supported the principles of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Court Fees in Proceedings before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

The House supported the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Salaries and Other Remunerations in Judicial and Prosecutorial Institutions at the state level, proposed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

The House of Peoples accepted the negative opinion of the Constitutional-Law Committee on the two draft laws, which were proposed by deputy Denis Bećirović, therefore these proposals have been rejected.

These are the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Ministries and Other Administrative Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bećirović said that he proposed two laws, and that their essence was the formation of the Ministry of Health at the state level.

The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH accepted the proposal of the deputy Dušanka Majkić, who suggested that "Information on unlawful and unprofessional actions of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH Bisera Turković" be considered today.

"Her statements often go beyond the framework of the Constitution and the law, she often produces damage with her conclusions that are difficult to mitigate later. She does not respect the decisions of the Presidency of BiH, does not respect the conclusions of the Parliament and all this requires this House to discuss it," said Majkić.

The deputies rejected the inclusion in the agenda of today's session of the item proposed by the deputy Denis Bećirović, within which they would instruct the BiH Council of Ministers to submit to the House of Peoples a complete analysis of the established parallel ties between Serbia and the BiH entity of RS, with special emphasis on respect for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

His proposal was supported by six deputies, seven were against, and two abstained.
