SARAJEVO, October 22 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 2,075 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 606 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.
New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH.
A total of 188,470 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 24,227 individuals.
As of today, 18,062 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH, and in the past 24 hours, recovery has been recorded in 127 patients. Currently, 5,483 cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 are active.
In the past 24 hours, 17 new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH.
As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 682, 456 men and 226 women.
In Republika Srpska, 963 laboratory samples were tested in the last 24 hours, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 387 people.
In the last 24 hours, three deaths were reported in which the presence of coronavirus was confirmed, and these were three middle-aged and older men from Doboj, Banja Luka and Gradiška.
So far, 12,712 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in that BiH entity, and a total of 348 people have died in whom a test for the virus has been confirmed. So far, 7,631 people have recovered, and a total of 92,826 people have been tested.
