SARAJEVO, October 26 (FENA) - A meeting of the Steering Committee of the Regional Office for Youth Cooperation (RYCO) was attended by Davor Bošnjak, Head of the Office of Minister Ankica Gudeljević, as a member of the Steering Committee on behalf of the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs, that was held today via Zoom app.
President of the Steering Committee, Naumce Mojsoski opened the meeting and introduced the new members of the Board, including those from BiH.
Bošnjak announced that another member of the Steering Committee, delegated by umbrella organizations for youth in BiH, should be appointed soon.
"The Ministry of Civil Affairs gives full support to the umbrella youth councils and expects that the process of appointing another member should be completed by the end of this year," said Bošnjak in his address.
At the end of the meeting, a joint statement was made by the youth representatives on the RYCO Steering Committee on the ongoing crisis and the impact of the crisis on youth in the region.
The statement encourages young people to overcome all the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and to apply for the 4th RYCO open call for projects related to reconciliation and regional cooperation during and after the Covid-19 crisis, stated the Office of the Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH.
