SARAJEVO, November 2 (FENA) - On the occasion of the statement of the Croat People's Assembly in BiH (HNS) regarding terrorist attacks in France, the Institute for Genocide Research Canada (IGK) believes that in this way, the HNS is an attempt to reinterpret the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past war as a fight against 'Islamic terrorism and extremism', disregarding the well-established facts that the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the war, defended itself against both, the Serbian and Croatian aggressors, and not against 'Islamic extremism'.
The IGK reminds of the judgments of The Hague Tribunal against the creators of the wartime para-statelet 'Herceg-Bosna', stating that this statement means "continuity of crimes against the state of BiH but only by other means".
The Institute states that "in the verdicts of the Hague Six, the Hague Tribunal established that the para-statelet of Herceg-Bosna was the result of launching a joint criminal enterprise, which aimed to create a Croat-only entity in BiH and its unification with neighboring Croatia."
"Terrible crimes had been committed on that platform against Bosniaks, the autochthonous Bosnian people and one of the oldest European peoples. These are judicially established facts, which are recognized by the entire international public and the institutions of the civilized world," the Institute points out, adding that this is yet another in a series of attempts to revise judicial, historical and scientific facts.
"It is a serious attack on the truth about the aggression on Bosnia and Herzegovina, an insult to the victims of the joint criminal enterprise and an attempt to revise history. The fight for truth and justice remains the best barrier against anti-Bosnian actions and the best barrier against the attempts to humiliate the victims of aggression and genocide," stated the Genocide Research Institute of Canada.
