SARAJEVO, December 14 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov arrives today in a two-day visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During his official visit, Lavrov will have meetings with the three-member Presidency of BiH, Chairman Milorad Dodik and members Šefik Džaferović and Željko Komšić, as well as with BiH Foreign Minister Bisera Turković.
In addition, he will have a separate meeting with Chairman Dodik, and today at 6.30 pm a joint press conference of Dodik and Lavrov will be held in East Sarajevo.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia was planned for October 28th and 29th, but as he had to self-isolate due to the pandemic, all planned visits were postponed.
The last time Lavrov visited BiH was before the 2018 local elections, when he visited Sarajevo and Banja Luka.
