SARAJEVO, December 18 (FENA) - A crushing plant with a complete transport system was put into operation today in the Coal Mine in Banovici.
The ceremony was attended by the FBiH Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, Nermin Džindić, who said that the RMU Banovići system would secure the continuation of successful and good production.
He congratulated the Management, the Supervisory Board and everyone who participated in that project.
"Congratulations should also be in order to the company TTU Energetic, which produced this system, and the company was built up from bankruptcy," said Džindić.
He expressed hope that the company would soon be successful in other markets in the region, as well as in the European Union.
He pointed out that this is an enviable complex with machinery that is unique in the region of former Yugoslavia.
The RMU Banovići expects the realization of 94 percent of the annual plan in this year, i.e., to produce 1.6 million tons of separated coal.
