SARAJEVO, December 21 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has returned the indictment in the ventilators procurement case to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the Court confirmed to FENA.
"After the consultation, the preliminary hearing judge today, December 21, sent back the indictment in the criminal case against Fadil Novalić et al. to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina," it is stated in the answer of the Court of BiH upon the inquiry regarding that case.
