SARAJEVO, January 11 (FENA) - An MP of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sanja Vulić said today in Sarajevo that she has filed criminal charges with the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against six members of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and two MPs in the BiH Parliament.

Vulić reminded that the local elections were held 57 days ago, and the CEC has not yet determined the election results for Doboj and Srebrenica, nor has it made a decision to annul the elections, although the Election Law obliges them to determine and publish the results within 30 days of the holding of the elections.

Vulić said that the CEC did not provide any evidence of possible omissions or fraud at the polling stations, but only "speculations and stories" about how they could not determine the results.

She explained that she has filed criminal charges against the CEC President Željko Bakalar, the CEC members Suad Arnautović, Vanja Bjelica-Prutina, Irena Hadžiabdić, Jovan Kalaba, Ahmet Šantić, and political party leaders Mirko Šarović (SDS) and Branislav Borenović (PDP).
