TUZLA, January 14 (FENA) - At today's session, the Government of the Tuzla Canton annulled the documents and acts adopted at the 35th extraordinary session on December 31, 2020, and withdrew them from the procedure of publishing them in the Official Gazette, thus complying with the recommendations of the Office of the High Representative (OHR).
This is a Decree with legal force on the adoption of the TC budget and the Decree with legal force on the execution of the budget for 2021, and the Decision on giving consent to the Financial Plan of the TC Health Insurance Institute for 2021.
"The OHR insisted on returning to the functionality in the canton, and in that way, we returned everything that we took over in the previous period, to the TC Assembly to decide," said at today's press conference the Prime Minister Denijal Tulumović.
"I expect that the members of the Assembly will also act in accordance with the recommendations of the OHR and that at tomorrow's session, they will make all decisions important for the functioning of this canton," he said.
As a reminder, due to a political crisis in the Tuzla Canton, the OHR demanded that all relevant issues be returned to the parliamentary procedure, which would enable a normal functioning in political decision-making in this canton.
