Novalić: We have to teach young people about universal value of every human

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, January 27 (FENA) - On the occasion of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić wrote in his message that "today, but also every other day, we should all pay tribute to the victims of the Holocaust."

"Memories of the horror and brutal torture of the victims must be our daily reminder. Such darkness of humanity should never be repeated. Unfortunately, in addition to the experience from World War II, we ourselves have witnessed that the idea of killing someone just because they are ‘different’ has never gone extinct.

We in Bosnia and Herzegovina have all the more reasons to be sympathetic to the victims of the Holocaust because of our victims of the genocide that was committed in the heart of Europe at the end of the 20th century," said Novalić in his message.
