Dodik announces vaccination of 2,100 medical workers from RS in Serbia

FENA Press release

BANJA LUKA, February 14 (FENA) - SNSD leader Milorad Dodik announced at a press conference today that the party would propose a new law on the origin of property and taxes on illegally acquired property, adding that such a law is already being applied in neighboring Serbia.

“The first draft of the law on the origin of property has been determined, and it would be presented at the RS National Assembly session in March,” said Dodik, adding that the application of the law could start in May.

Speaking about the current situation with the beginning of vaccination in Republika Srpska, President of SNSD and member of the Presidency of BiH Milorad Dodik said that about 2,100 medical workers from Republika Srpska have so far applied for vaccination against coronavirus in Serbia.

He pointed out that he had agreed with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, that 5,000 medical workers can be vaccinated in Serbia, which would be done in Loznica, Sremska Mitrovica and Belgrade.

Commenting on the announcement of the arrival of the new High Representative, Dodik reiterated his earlier position that a new High Representative should not be elected and that the Office of the High Representative in BiH should be closed, and welcomed Moscow's position that the OHR should be closed.
