Turković and Al-Ahmadi on visa liberalization between the two countries

SARAJEVO, February 15 (FENA) - Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković received today the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to BiH Osamah Dakhel R. Al-Ahmadi.

Minister Turković and Ambassador Al-Ahmadi discussed visa liberalization between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Resolving this issue in the future would lead to an increase in the number of tourists from Saudi Arabia in our country, but also increase the interest of investors who are willing to invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

During the talks, the Minister and the Ambassador pointed out the importance of improving economic cooperation, which will be in the interest of both countries.

The current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Saudi Arabia, the current measures introduced and the consequences of the pandemic in these two countries were also discussed, the statement said.
