A larger number of employed persons with forged diplomas reported to Prosecution

SARAJEVO, February 24 (FENA) - Chief Prosecutor of the Federation of BiH Munib Halilović met in Sarajevo with Erduan Kafedžić, Head of the Anti-Corruption and Quality Management Office in the Sarajevo Canton, and Eric Larson, the Office's anti-corruption adviser, with whom he discussed the work of the Office in connection with processing of criminal offenses detected by the Office, as well as the supervision of the work on these cases by the FBiH Prosecutor's Office of FBiH.

Representatives of the Office informed the FBiH Chief Prosecutor that a number of criminal charges had been filed with the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office against employees who had forged diplomas, as well as against a large number of persons who did not act in accordance with the Law on registration and verification of data on the property of holders of public functions in the Sarajevo Canton, and that processing in these cases is expected.

FBiH Chief Prosecutor Munib Halilović expressed readiness to cooperate and provide all kinds of support in the processing of all cases, especially in corruption cases in the Sarajevo Canton, but also the entire Federation of BiH, the FBiH Prosecutor's Office said.
