SARAJEVO, February 24 (FENA) - The main trial in the Fadil Novalić et al. case has started today at the Court of BiH.
At the previous plea hearing in this case, also known as the ventilators procurement case, the accused Fadil Novalić, the FBiH Prime Minister, Fahrudin Solak, the former Director of the FBiH Civil Protection Administration, Fikret Hodžić, the accused legal entity "Silver Raspberry” d.o.o. Sućeska-Bostahovine, and Jelka Milićević, Deputy Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH, pleaded not guilty to the crimes charged in the indictment, related to abuse of office or authority, receiving reward or other benefits for trading in influence, counterfeiting or destroying business or trade book, and the criminal offense of negligent work in the service.
