FBiH Government holds emergency session on the procurement of vaccines

SARAJEVO, February 25 (FENA) - The FBiH Government, at the initiative of the FBiH Prime Minister, held an emergency telephone session today.

The FBiH Government authorized the Prime Minister of FBiH to send a letter to the Council of Ministers of BiH in which he will express the readiness of the Government of FBiH to accept 5,000 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines, as a donation of the Republic of Serbia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the Federation of BiH.

The FBiH Government has invited all domestic companies engaged in the production, sale and distribution of pharmaceutical products to get involved in the vaccine procurement process, i.e., in contact with the FBiH Public Health Institute, to consider importing vaccines for the Federation of BiH, stated the FBiH Government.
