SARAJEVO, February 26 (FENA) - BiH Minister of Defense Sifet Podžić and his associates received today the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Bosnia and Herzegovina Osamah Dakhel Al-Ahmadi in an inaugural visit.
Minister Podžić expressed gratitude for the assistance provided so far by Saudi Arabia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and stressed that there is room for enhancement of bilateral cooperation.
In addition, he expressed gratitude for the funds that Saudi Arabia set aside for the modernization of the ammunition and weapons storage of the Armed Forces of BiH "Krupa" near Sarajevo.
Ambassador Al-Ahmadi thanked for the warm welcome and expressed his hope for a successful mission in our country. He added that his country is committed to the stability and progress of BiH.
The interlocutors agreed that there is room for further improvement of bilateral cooperation through bilateral agreements, the Ministry of Defense of BiH announced.
