Dodik: We agreed to hold a forum on cooperation between BiH and Serbia

SARAJEVO, March 2 (FENA) - BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik thanked Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić today, who arrived in Sarajevo to hand over a donation of coronavirus vaccines.

He said that RS had the opportunity to vaccinate its health workers in Serbia and that the Federation of BiH received 10,000 vaccines today.

Dodik emphasized that the donation of vaccines is a great thing because Serbia could use them for its citizens, but the attitude they show towards North Macedonia, Montenegro and BiH speaks best about the policies pursued in Serbia.

“I also thank you for the fact that at the beginning of the pandemic, Serbia opened opportunities for procurement of raw materials for the industry that was supposed to supply the population in BiH with consumer goods,” said Dodik.

He added that relations between the two countries are good, but that there are a lot of open issues discussed by members of the BiH Presidency and the President of Serbia.

Dodik stated that Vučić proposed holding a forum between BiH and Serbia in the coming months in Belgrade to improve cooperation, especially in the economy.

“We have accepted that and we believe that a solution for better cooperation should be reached,”  Dodik pointed out.
