SARAJEVO, March 24 (FENA) - Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to BiH, Ji Ping visited the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs today, where he discussed with Minister Ankica Gudeljević, the details of the realization of the vaccine donation to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He informed the Minister that the Government of the People's Republic of China has secured 50,000 doses of vaccines for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and she confirmed the Ministry's readiness to implement all activities within the Ministry's competences as soon as possible.
Gudeljević thanked the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China for the donation, emphasizing the great importance of each dose of the vaccine in the difficult epidemiological situation in BiH.
She also informed her interlocutor that the first vaccines purchased within the COVAX mechanism should arrive in BiH tomorrow, namely 23,400 doses of Pfizer and 26,400 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines, stated the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH.
