MOSTAR, March 31 (FENA) - At today's online session, the Presidency of the HDZ BiH discussed the Election Law of BiH and the dynamics of all processes in the upcoming period.
HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović presented the activities of working groups formed to maintain a high intensity of talks given the deadlines, although not assumed by the signed Agreement on Principles and Amendments in Mostar signed by representatives of HDZ BiH, SDA and international representatives.
"It is the cohesion of these working groups that should offer a concrete solution that guarantees stability in the continuation of BiH's European path, and most importantly, resolves all discriminatory provisions contained in the 'Ljubić' and 'Sejdić & Finci' cases. Maximalist goals and exclusivity cannot be part of constructive talks and will not be a time-buying mechanism to maintain the status quo," the HDZ BiH press service said in a statement.
President Čović also expressed his satisfaction with the international scientific conference held in Neum, which gathered domestic and international academic elite in the field of legal and political science, which offered reference frameworks on the European and Euro-Atlantic path. The EU and NATO remain key foreign policy goals and priorities of the legitimate political representatives of the Croat people, and such an attitude will be strongly advocated in domestic, international and global forums, the statement said.
