SARAJEVO, April 7 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH at a session scheduled for tomorrow should consider the Decision on confirming the dismissal of the Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Miloš Lučić.

The decision to dismiss Minister Lucic was made by the Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers, Zoran Tegeltija, because the Democratic People's Alliance (DNS), that proposed Lučić for ministerial position, left the ruling coalition and joined the opposition.

The decision was confirmed at the last session by the House of Representatives of the state parliament and will enter into force on the day of confirmation by the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.

The agenda of the House of Peoples should also include the request of deputies Denis Bećirović and Zlatko Miletić to consider the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH in an urgent procedure.

The House should also cinder the Bill on Interim Measures in the Work of Judicial and Other Bodies of BiH during a Natural or Other Disasters in BiH, as well as the principles of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Civil Procedure before the Court of BiH, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers.

Deputies should, among other things, consider the reports of the Commission of the Collegium on the efforts to reach an agreement on the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, and on the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.
