SARAJEVO, April 8 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH will not consider the Decision on confirming the dismissal of the Minister for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina Miloš Lučić today, although it was planned earlier.
This item was not included in the agenda of today's session, which was pointed out by the delegate Mladen Bosić during the discussion on the agenda.
He proposed a new item on the agenda, "Decision on confirming the dismissal of the Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs in the Council of Ministers of BiH".
He said that it was a well-known case of the deputy minister "when the competent authorities caught him organizing illegal betting and lottery games".
However, during the vote, his proposal did not receive the necessary support from the delegates, and that item was not included in the agenda.
The agenda of the House of Peoples should also include the request of deputies Denis Bećirović and Zlatko Miletić to consider the Bill on Amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH in an urgent procedure.
The House should also cinder the Bill on Interim Measures in the Work of Judicial and Other Bodies of BiH during a Natural or Other Disasters in BiH, as well as the principles of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Civil Procedure before the Court of BiH, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers.
Deputies should, among other things, consider the reports of the Commission of the Collegium on the efforts to reach an agreement on the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, and on the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.
