SDA:Inzko should impose law banning genocide denial instead of expressing regret

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, April 13 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) believes that the High Representative Valentin Inzko should not express regret over the non-adoption of the law banning genocide denial, but should show determination and finally impose the law.

In a press release, the SDA states that he has such an obligation and power as a high representative, and has promised to do so on several occasions to the families of the victims.

Denial as the 'final phase of genocide' that Inzko is talking about is already behind us, given that we have deeply entered the phase of glorifying and celebrating those responsible for the committed genocide and other war crimes.

This phase is not the 'final phase of genocide', but it is a preparation for new aggression and crimes, it is said in the statement.

The SDA added that "if the Peace Implementation Council and the Office of the High Representative have failed to react decisively in the previous phase, they must not repeat the same mistake in this phase and allow evil to reawaken."
