Gudeljević: Unacceptably slow process of vaccines delivery from COVAX mechanism

SARAJEVO, April 15 (FENA) - Minister of Civil Affairs of BiH Ankica Gudeljević talked in Sarajevo with Head of the WHO office in Bosnia and Herzegovina Fabio Scano about the cooperation of the Ministry with the umbrella world health institution.

According to the Ministry, the possibilities for the soon signing of a new two-year Agreement on Cooperation between BiH and the World Health Organization were discussed. The Head of the WHO Office in BiH announced that the organization plans to implement the Health Initiative in the Western Balkans, which practically enters the post-Covid activities.
 
Minister Ankica Gudeljević and Fabio Scano also discussed the procurement of vaccines for the people of BiH, and Minister Gudeljević pointed out the unacceptably slow process of delivery of vaccines purchased through the COVAX mechanism.
