DOBOJ, May 7 (FENA) - An investigator from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was present at the site and coordinated the activities of exhuming the remains with the acting prosecutor.
The exhumation process coordinated by an investigator from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has begun at the Miljkovac site in the Doboj municipality.
The exhumation site was attended by a forensic pathologist, representatives of the Missing Persons’ Institute BiH, ICMP BiH, necessary workers and machinery, and the location was secured by the police officers from the Doboj Police Station.
At the mentioned location, during the excavation of the grave site, the workers found a human skeleton for which there is preliminary information that it is most likely a victim from the previous war who was buried at the mentioned location. The works have been suspended, the location has been secured, and the process of exhumation and identification of the remains has begun today, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH announced.
