MOSTAR, May 21 (FENA) - Mostar Mayor Mario Kordić received today the UNDP Resident Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Steliana Nedera and the Had of the UNDP Mostar Office Božena Bohm Kaltak at the City Hall.
The mayor and his guests discussed the continuation of cooperation on specific projects of the City of Mostar and UNDP, in order to increase the transparency of the City Administration, digitization of city property management, and the start of the revision of the Development Strategy for the City of Mostar.
Cooperation has been agreed on the development of an Action Plan for Sustainable Energy Management and Climate Change Adaptation (SECAP).
Following a public call, the City of Mostar was selected as a partner in the implementation of the PIPLS project - Project for Improving the Efficiency of Local Services in BiH, implemented by UNDP in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in BiH.
Kordić and Nedera agreed on further cooperation, and Nedera especially underlined the possibility of cooperation on renewable energy projects.
