BiH CoM rejects changes to the Decision on the entry of foreign nationals

SARAJEVO, May 31 (FENA) - The Council of Ministers of BiH, with eight votes in favor and two against, did not pass in the second round of voting, the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Prescribing Additional Conditions for Entry of Foreign Nationals to Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Ministry of Security BiH.

Also, the Council of Ministers of BiH, with seven votes in favor and three votes against it, did not pass the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Visas, proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the second round of voting.

In the second round of voting, with seven votes in favor and three against, the BiH Council of Ministers did not reach a consensus regarding the adoption of the Decision on mandatory application of preferential treatment of domestic business entities in the public procurement procedure, stated the BiH Council of Ministers.
