TUZLA, June 1 (FENA) - The Government of the Tuzla Canton has determined the conditions, criteria and procedure for the distribution of a total of four million KM planned in the budget of the Tuzla Canton for 2021, for the Canton's Development Support Program.
Of this amount, 3.93 million KM are intended for subsidies to private companies and entrepreneurs, 50,000 KM for co-financing of development projects financed from the EU and/or other international funds, and 20,000 KM for contracted and other services.
Minister of Economy of the TC Mevludin Hodžić said that out of 3.93 million KM planned for subsidies to the economy, 1.8 million KM is planned for subsidies to small and medium enterprises for the purchase of equipment, tools and raw materials. One million KM is planned for subsidizing interest rates to economic entities, while 500,000 KM is planned for the procurement of equipment, tools and raw materials for small businesses.
Due to the consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic, which affected the economy, this year's Development Support Program envisages 400,000 KM to economic entities for the refund of paid taxes and contributions to and from the salary of employees for March 2021.
