SARAJEVO, June 30 (FENA) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zoran Tegeltija spoke by phone today with Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel.
The telephone conversation took place before the Berlin Process Summit on July 5 in Berlin, at the initiative of Chancellor Merkel.
They discussed the upcoming summit and the future of the enlargement of the European Union (EU).
Chairman Tegeltija expressed gratitude for Germany's continued support for BiH's European integration, and welcomed the Berlin Process initiative, expressing hope that the Berlin Summit on July 5 would be another confirmation of the region's commitment to the EU enlargement process and the Western Balkans' accession to the European Union.
In a conversation with Chancellor Merkel, Tegeltija emphasized the commitment of BiH institutions to the European path, connection and improvement of regional cooperation, which, as he emphasized, showed its importance during the coronavirus pandemic, the BiH Council of Ministers announced.
