SARAJEVO, July 7 (FENA) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zoran Tegeltija (SNSD) said today that the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs submitted a proposal for a decision to declare July 11 a Day of Mourning in BiH and that the Council of Ministers was not in a position to consider that decision.
This was the explanation he gave to the question posed by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Denis Zvizdić (independent MP) at today's session of the House.
Zvizdić asked why the Council of Ministers did not make that decision, as was the case from 2015 to 2019, and Tegeltija reminded that the Council of Ministers did not have the opportunity to consider that decision last year either "because the agenda of the regular session of the Council of Ministers was rejected".
